Inspectors, contracted by a School Board, shall conduct the required inspections (except final inspections) and require corrections or modifications as necessary to ensure that a building or structure is constructed in conformity with the building code adopted by The Division and shall provide copies of their inspection report to DFPC.
As of January 14, 2025 the title of Third Party Inspector has been replaced by Delegated Building Inspector

- Delegated Building Inspector Certs (with valid ICC Commercial Building Inspector Cert) are valid for three (3) years from date of issuance.
- Delegated Building Inspector Certs (without valid Commercial Building Inspector ICC Cert) are valid for one (1) year from date of issuance.
- You can extend your certification by providing us with your earned ICC Cert at any time during your certification year.
- Delegated Building Inspector Certs (with valid ICC Commercial Building Inspector Cert) are valid for three (3) years from date of issuance.
