Waste Tires

The Division Rule sets the minimum fire and life safety requirements for waste tire facilities. It also makes sure that waste tire facilities are built, maintained, and inspected in compliance with the following.

• Section 30-20-1401 and subsequent sections of the Colorado Revised Statute
• Adopted codes
• Any other applicable rules
