Fire Safe Cigarettes
Senate Bill HB 08-026 went into effect July 31, 2009 creating a new law, 24-33.5-1214,C.R.S. which is designed to limit the risk that cigarettes will ignite common household items and result in fewer deaths, injuries and property loss from fires caused by cigarettes.

All Fire Safe Cigarette (FSC) Certifications expire three (3) years from the date of issue.

The fee for Certification is $1,000.00 for each brand family certified.
