State Fire Marshal's Office (OSFM) Subcommittee

The State Fire Marshal's Office (OSFM) Subcommittee aims to determine whether the creation of an OSFM would provide measurable opportunities and benefits to fire and life safety for Colorado residents and businesses. The Subcommittee will examine whether Colorado currently has the mechanisms, authority, and consistency to ensure a reasonable and reliable minimum level of life safety, while balancing local control and the diverse needs of communities.
