Forest Improvement Special District Subcommittee

The mission of the Forest Improvement Special District (FID) Subcommittee is to evaluate why Forest Improvement Districts (FIDs), authorized in Colorado statute since 2007, have not been formed, and to develop clear legislative and administrative recommendations to reduce barriers and incentivize appropriate use by communities.
