FLS Adopted Codes
According to 8 CCR 1507-101 3.2, the following codes and their referenced standards are adopted and promulgated as minimum standards for the construction and maintenance of all property, buildings, and structures subject to the oversight of the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Prevention and Control pursuant to the provisions of Section 44-30-515, C.R.S. and C.R.S. Title 24 Article 33.5 Part 12.
Please note that all projects submitted for plan review prior to 1 July, 2021 will be reviewed under the previously adopted Codes.
