Permits
All Fire and Life Safety Section permits are processed and completed online. The Fire & Life Safety Record Management System (RMS) is a Salesforce system. The first step of the permitting process is to create a free account or log in if you already have an account.
Salesforce TLS 1.1 is the operating system RMS is currently running on and will not function correctly with Internet Explorer. If you are unsure whether your browser is compatible or not, you can test it by using the following link:
